Weekly Maintenance

• Clean and lubricate metering pumps and dispense valve.
• Remove and clean any material residue or film with compatible solvent (damp pad only - do not pour solvent).
• Check air supply for clean air and empty or change filter.
• Perform Ratio Check - Checking can be done at either the pump outlet assembly, if applicable, or at the applicator head area.
  • Remove the retainer cap or static mixer nozzle.
  • Trigger applicator; two separate beads of material will appear; compare for correct volume.
• Check dessicant canister if supplied. Replace or bake to refresh if the crystals are discolored.
